Policy Guidelines for deploying and developing the skills of full- and part-time academic staff

The University of Copenhagen has adopted policy guidelines for deploying and developing the skills of full-time and part-time academic staff. The policy guidelines state that the faculties must describe to what extend the faculty deploys part-time academic staff and why. The faculty must also describe how it is assured that full- and part-time academic staff contributes to the development of study programmes and that full- and part-time academic staff is offered pedagogic skills development.
